Dan Crenshaw Postpones Annual Houston Youth Summit Due to COVID-19 Concerns
Houston, TX – Congressman Dan Crenshaw today announced that he is postponing his second annual Houston Youth Summit out of an abundance of caution due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Summit was originally scheduled for September 12 – 13 and is now scheduled for January 2021.

“This was a difficult decision but it is the right move for public health as we continue to battle the COVID-19 pandemic in Houston. The Houston Youth Summit is my favorite event of the entire year, because it brings together thousands of young patriots who love America and represent the best of their generation. Even though we are unable to gather in person this year, I look forward to talking about duty, honor, and country with this next generation of Americans in January. I want to thank everyone for their understanding as we postpone this event in the best interest of the health and safety of all of our attendees and guest speakers,” said Crenshaw.

Last year, Crenshaw’s event drew nearly 2,000 high school and college students together to hear from Nikki Haley, Marcus Luttrell, Graham Allen, Allie Beth Stuckey, and many more incredible leaders. This year’s Youth Summit included prominent speakers such as Ben Shapiro, Megyn Kelly, and Black Rifle Coffee.
